Mona Lisa Masterpiece Mosaic

Once in a while something comes along and simply makes you speechless. If you have 2 minutes to spare, this is worth a quick watch.
Our friends over at Picture Mosaics shared this amazing work of art with us and we had to make a post! We have never seen anything like it! The amount of work and the final outcome is awe-inspiring.
The piece references 30 of the top 100 destinations in the world. From the write up, the eyes of Mona Lisa and the paintings that make up the mosaic were chosen for two main reasons: (1) of all of the eyes in the world, Mona Lisa's eyes are arguably the most famous, (2) we experience the humanities' and Earth's greatest wonders through our eyes. Combining these two concepts gave way the artwork.
