Saved the Day,  Friday, 18 June 2010 I was working with another company "Design-A-Mosaic" to complete a time critical project. I started the project with them about 20 days before we needed it. With about a 8 days left before the deadline, I tried to reach out to them by phone and email and got no response. Two days went by and I started to panic, it was like they dropped off the map. So I reached out to Picture Mosaics. The staff at Picture Mosaics was completely understanding of my situation, and I felt like they were in constant contact with me during my tight time-line. They put all of my worries to ease. The final mosaic was delivered a day ahead of time and looked amazing. The project was a huge success and my boss was very pleased with how everything turned out. It seemed like the Picture Mosaics team has dealt with many customers who have had bad experiences with other companies and software.
