For all you Hendrix fans our there, Guitar World magazine featured a duo-tone photo mosaic of Jimi Hendrix. The mosaic is made up of different Hedrix images throughout his historic career.
The newest thing to hit the photo mosaic world are video (or animation) mosaics. You may have see them on TV comercials and movie trailers. The High Definition standard (1920x1080 pixels) has allowed clarity and resoltuion that allows video mosaics to live up to their full potential (compared to standard def).
On April 29th 2008, Hershey unveils a preview of Memorial Dale Earnhardt Mosaic. This 6-foot by 8-foot mosaic was created using more than 1,400 fan submitted photos.
